Returns & Exchanges

DSML E-SHOP offers a 14-day return period for all items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items may be subject to specific final sale conditions.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your DSML account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
